Martin was very helpful and accomadating with when we needed our goods delivered. Also very nice lunch in restaurant, great staff nothing to much bother. Duncan and Alex.
Went to look for new mattress as my wife has a bad back. Staff were very patient and understanding and we eventually found one she liked. Excellent staff and nice cafe as well.

This is a wonderful store where customer care is so refreshing .A throwback to how retail once was with family run department stores on a busy high street. I wish you well and keep this store just the way it is.
Review of cafe .All good. Caters for all tastes and ages. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Excellent staff and cheerful atmosphere. Even using paper straws to reduce plastic pollution
Excellent quality food and sevice alwsys look for the specials board so cracking meals, lovely home bakes selection to if it's just for tea highly recommended
1.The food here was very pleasant and tasty.i had the sausage in a bun,would recommend! Even though the food was very hot and i burn my mouth a little. Overall very good. 2.The service was very good and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.The staff spoke in a very well manner. 3.All the furniture was quite out dated and old fashioned. Although the furniture was old fashioned it was layed out nicely and lots of options.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is a very nice place,
