Car developed a fault on holiday. Crosslyn Garaged diagnosed and repaired the fault quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. They even came to collect me once the repairs were completed! Really friendly staff who also gave me some great advice. Thank you Nigel and team!!

Reasonable availability, clear explanation of whats happening and the quality of work is satisfactory. P.s. add a heater in the shop, freezing my nuts off waiting for mot. Cheers guys

Very rude and abrasive customer service , to the point I felt intimidated and bullied and almost too scared to go and pick my vehicle up. Not sure if it was because I am a woman or a foreigner  or both or just because the manger is that way inclined towards his customers in general?? Standard of work was not as expected either .

Nice staff, reasonably priced labour.

Fast and friendly service when we got stuck on holiday.  Quick diagnosis and repair had us going again the same day.  The courtesy car meant we weren’t stuck at the garage while they did it.  Reasonably priced.  Thank you!

If there were 10 stars, they would have had it! Amazing service. James and Nigel explained everything  to me in a friendly, honest, straightforward way. They fixed my car within quickly, and the cost was very satisfactory! Highly recommend this garage.

Hello , I’m Justin from Caerphilly, I was looking for a Motorhome on the internet , I found this one I liked with a fixed bed , so had a few phone calls and Emails with Nigel , we both agreed on a price , and I went to drive up on a Saturday , I have never owned a Campervan before so I was a bit nervous going to look at it , I arrived with my partner , Nigel gave us the keys and said take a look , we took our time , but didn’t really know what to look for , he invited me down the pit for a underneath inspection , I still didn’t know what to look for as I’m not mechanically minded , I said what do you think Nigel ? ., he tapped me on the back and said “ you be alright Butt” he let me leave the car at his garage and off I went , up to North Wales for the week , Loved it !!! Everything was perfect , I know I’m babbling on , but this is the most perfect purchase I have ever done , 10/10 to Nigel and all his staff who were also very helpful , Da iawn Boys

Very satisfied with work and people are spot on ..could do with a coffee machine

Had a problem today with my campervan, so dropped in there in the hope they could have a look and diagnose it. They looked at it immediately and gave me piece of mind that it was not a serious issue. Many thanks for your prompt attention.

While on holiday in the area my car began to give me various warnings. The team checked the car out so that I was clear to drive home and gave me some notes to provide to my mechanic at home.
