My toothache had been getting very bad but I was not sure if Dentists were able to see patients? I phoned in and was able to describe my problem. To cut a long story short Crosshill Dental Practice could not have been more helpful. Just a superb service all round. Heather was brilliant on the phone and Gregor and his team were superb. Talked through all the options and happy to discuss and explain everything to me. Woke up following morning completely pain free. Follow up treatment booked in already !Thank you so much for the fantastic work you do.
Been here over 30 years. Never, any bother. Never. A new dentist now- great guy- but his receptionist... well she took attitude with a patient on my last visit and that man walked out the door raging. Today, it was me who got it. After I waited on a patient paying I was informed I was late and could not be seen. I was 3 min late by the clock on my phone and was only 2 min late upon entering! Just abandon your car, don't wait on anybody leaving the carpark I showed her the time and before I could reply she seen the look on my face magically, without her phone ringing she told me the next appointment after mine had cancelled! The wait room was empty. Lucky white heather! I don't know why the receptionist thought she gave away my appointment slot to somebody who wasn't there...? Clearly she's been left unchecked too long and the lies just roll out her mouth. I sat waiting for 5 min and she did not have a single smile for anybody coming or going. Of note; the trainee? hygienists assistant should hold the suction tube with her hand not lean her entire body weight on it when it is inside your mouth. Not so sure if I will return for my appointment in Feb. May just find another dentist. I travel long distance. Not sure its worth it.
I'm terrified of the dentist but they understand and make you feel better by listening,great dentist I wouldn't go anywhere else,all the staff are very pleasant
Been my dentist for years, really friendly staff, great if you have a fear of the dentist like i do, always keep my calm and talk me through it.
Very friendly and relaxed. Excellent treatment. Having been fearful of dentists for 50+ years this is one I feel comfortable with.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Dentist is always welcoming and approachable. Have used service for a long time and chose to take kids there too
When in pain the first place to call is your dentist especially if the reason you feel pain is because a temporary filling put in by the dentist falls out..But when you contact them they cant take you.
Been my family dentist for years now very lovely people who all work there
