My back plays up from time to time so not the first time I have booked with a physio, however, this was the first time I felt such an instant result, although when I say instant, Jennifer did spend nearly an hour really focussing on the area causing me problems! Very professional and friendly service. 100% recommendation.

I cannot recommend the services of Jenny, & Cross Physiotherapy highly enough! The new clinic is smart, clean and well equipped. I’ve had ongoing issues with back pain over the last 6 years, in that time I’ve seen numerous physios & other specialist both private and NHS. From the initial consultation & follow up sessions, Jenny’s approach has been head & shoulders above my other experiences. Jenny set about trying to find the cause of my pain & discomfort using a far wider range of tests/examinations than anybody else had in the past. Her knowledge is excellent, if she suggests an exercise and I am unable to do it due to pain she will suggest a suitable alternative. I never feel rushed, Jenny always makes time in the sessions to work through everything that I want to cover. Her after care is excellent, always happy to email, text or even phone when I need advice. I can genuinely say everytime I leave the clinic I feel not only physically better, but mentally more positive that she has me heading in the right direction! Over the last 5 months working with Jenny I have progressed more in the right direction, than I had in the previous 2 years of working with others!
