Joined Cross Functional fitness in June 2023. I love this gym and quickly felt a huge part of the gym community. There is a lot of motivation both from Stuart & Jack and also motivation from fellow gym members who applaud everyone's achievements and goals. It is great being part of a very humble and motivational community. I've met great people through Cross functional fitness and I am just as thankful for that than I am for the boost its created for my mental and physical health, confidence and self esteem.
Cross Functional Fitness isn’t just a gym it’s a wee community made up of people of all ages and abilities, who all encourage and support each other. Stuart and his small team are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition. I started my fitness journey about 6 years ago and have been with Stuart for just over a year. I have made more progress and gained more confidence and knowledge in my own fitness in my time with Cross Functional Fitness than I had in the previous 5 years in a number of other gym environments which I found slightly intimidating. So thank you to everyone staff and membersat Cross Functional Fitness for making my gym experience so much more fun and productive.
I would highly recommend Cross Functional Fitness. I have been going twice a week to the small group personal training classes for almost a year now and would go three times a week if I could, but for work commitments.nI have seen a noticeable difference in my strength and fitness. Thank you Stewart and Jack. As Kate Rooney says it’s the best gym in County Down.
I have been attending Cross Functional Fitness close to 5 years now.nnIn that time the gym has extended and undergone renovations and upgrades and Jack has joined as a coach, but one thing has stayed the same and that is the atmosphere and buzz in the gym.nnAlongside the craic and support amongst the members, Stuart has been the best coach i have ever worked with, he is dedicated to My Goals and helping me achieve them. He is caring and authentic but challenges and pushes me at the same time.nnI love the gym and see it as a huge part of my lifestyle and routine.nnBoth Stuart and Jack are encouraging and motivating although keep your eye on Jack as he does slip the odd weight on when your not looking and Stuart also tries to slip Bulgarian split squats onto your plan even though we agreed they are not in Plan !!! lolnnIf you want a gym that Is unique and authentic then you couldn’t go wrong with cross functional fitness.nCommercial Gyms simply can’t replicate what you get here.nnStuart & Jack and the members helped me reach a goal in 2021 of entering a powerlifting Comp, I would have never done such a thing without the support I receive can’t recommend Cross Functional Fitness highly enough …. This time you get the Gold Stars Stuart …
The most friendly and approachable gym about. I do the large class workouts witch are brilliant. It's the first gym I've been at where the craic is as good as the workouts. Stuart and the team can't do enough to help with recommending different excersise and approaches in classes if suffering from a preexisting injury. I've really noticed the benefits in my day to day life and in the other sports I play.
