Great shop!!!!!! They did a great job grooming, our Benny boy he’s always excited to go to the pet shop. The employees there are awesome they treat everyone so well. And you can tell that they love animals, the store is always clean and you can find almost anything you need there. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys.
I love crosby pet center! Don't know what I would do with out them..I bought my puppy from there and I'm so in love him more and more everyday. The best customer service! And grooming, they go above and beyond for there customers, always making sure doing the best job possible
The best pet store. The workers are all very welcoming and help with anything you need. They have so many options for your pets if it’s a dog, cat, bird, hamster, and etc. The grooming is amazing as well and will get your animals looking amazing.
The groomer was excellent my Bella is a bit of a loud chiwawa but the groomer took her time with Bella and got her hair cut and bubble bath done! I’m so happy. Thank you so much for taking your time with Bella
My dogs have been groomed by Enza at Crosby Pet Center for almost 10yrs. The price is good. And service even better. It's a little family...always welcoming and helpful.
I have been taking my pets to Crosby Pet Center since 2011. Enza has always gone above and beyond for my boy Chase RIP . The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Two years ago I welcomed Bella to my family as well and she fit right in at Crosby Pet. As a pet owner, You want to take your fur babies where you feel and see that they truly care.
Recently had my puppy groomed or butchered by Jane not only was her coat uneven but her nails were cut two short to a point that her paws were bleeding, when I called to ask why I was told that I should have trained my puppy better, also paying 115 dollars for a job I could've done myself, super unprofessional I would not recommend and actually fire her for her immaturity and lack of compassion. I didn't even want to add a star put this app won't let me review without one. HORRIBLE WORK
I’ve only gotten my puppy groomed once here so far but Jane did a great job. she seemed very sweet and gentle with my pup too. going back to her again next week.
My daughter brought my pocket pit for a bath and nails and what a joke. The groomer gave him a bath and was only able to cut 5 of his nails which I understand because he was acting up. They didn't even dry him, only 5 nails cut and charged me $60.00!!! Seriously??? Two of three services not done for full price. NEVER AGAIN. Complete rip off.
I can't recommend Enza highly enough for her exceptional grooming skills! She worked wonders on my grandpup, Blu, a Frenchie, and the results were truly impressive. Blu looked fantastic and was clearly comfortable and so happy after his grooming session. He smelled so good and loved his bandana! Enza's expertise and passion are evident in her work, and it’s no surprise she’s in high demand. If you happen to find her busy, rest assured that all the other groomers at this pet store are equally fantastic. This place is a top-notch choice for all your pet grooming needs!
