I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned after a recommendation from the shop I bought it from. I was told it would be 3 weeks. I rang after 7 weeks my dress still wasn’t ready and I was asked to give him another 48hrs which I did. I went to pick my dress up and he was very friendly but I wasn’t shown the dress in the shop. When I got home I took my dress out of the bag and noticed a few marks on it that hadn’t been on the dress when I dropped it off and it was full of creases! The marks looked liked dried blood and definitely wasn’t on my dress when I took it in. When I went back to the shop the owner was very rude just started going on about how I didn’t appreciate the amount of work it had taken him to clean the dress in the first place and how he supposed I now expected him to switch all his machines on to clean the dress again. It didn’t matter to him that I was trying to explain the marks and creases weren’t on the dress when I dropped it off. He just carried on ranting so I left with my dress extremely upset and I have had to pay a second company to clean and press it!
