Post Office is inside the shop. Parking is difficult. But the post office normally fast. Cash machine on the outside of the store.
Always great service. The staff is super friendly even when they are really busy. They will help any customer no matter what the question may be. Lovely lovely people.

Picked up a parcel from Crofton post office this morning opens at 9am and it was very quiet, so a quick turnaround Pleasant staff.

We visit this post office daily, the staff a always happy, friendly and knowledgeable.
It is a post office. They do post office things. Once they accepted a package from me that was too large for parcel force. When they realised their mistake, they rang me up to explain. They were very good about it. You'd have to be a very difficult person to not get on with the staff here.
Dreadfully slow service. What is the point of having 2 queues business and general public when only ONE counter is serving? One woman walked straight to the front of the business queue and was served immediately. The long public queue was NOT happy. Will not be wasting my time here next time I waited for 30 mins to be served.
Checked the Post Office site to see what the opening hours of this place were in advance. Advertises being open until 6pm. I was turned away mid-afternoon by one of the “workers” here. “We close at 3 on Saturdays,” she said unapologetically. Wasted journey.
So the postman collecting the bags is slinging them on the floor saying, 'Well if it's not marked fragile, it shouldn't be in the bag.' and the staff laughed.
