We had to take my 93 year old mother in law for her 1st covid injection to kibworth old school surgery organised by croft medical centre oadby. Her appointment was for 2.30 and after arriving 10 minutes early there was a long queue outside the surgery along the road. After about an hour with the temperature close to freezing we finally got her inside she then had to wait in a very narrow space with 8 other people with no social distancing. The doctors and nurses were doing the best they could in a venue that was totally unsuitable. After her injection she had to squeeze into a small room , again with no social distancing , for 15 minutes before being able to leave . She now has to go back in 3 weeks time for her 2nd injection which I find totally unacceptable and I hope other arrangements will be made. We all appreciate the hard work the NHS staff are doing but surely a more suitable venue could be found. Don Robinson
Hi I started calling since 8 o'clock call waiting time was more than 50 minutes when call answered no doctors available for today and I was unwell since two weeks . This surgery messed up honestly
