Visited Croft House Dental Surgery today, saw a dentist also called Emily, both her and her assistant were great! checked on me throughout my treatment to make sure I was comfortable and even complimented my hair, both great assets to your team!
Very professional service. Staff are caring and very helpful with my children who are very nervous. Marichelle, dental nurse, really soothed my 6 year old who would'nt let the dentist look i her mouth at first! Great communication from the Dentist about what he was about to do and why. Would highly recommend
Today was the best visit to a dental surgery I have ever experienced. All the staff from the receptionist to the dentist were professional, kind, patient, thoughtful, friendly and approachable. Everything was explained in clear terms, I was consulted at every stage. I will be more than happy to return for my check up in six months time and would highly recommend Croft House
Such a lovely experience from booking my emergency appointment this morning to receiving the treatment . Lovely friendly receptionist who went out of her way to get me seen today and then called me 45 mins before my appointment to tell me they where running late and arrive 15 minutes later so I wasn’t waiting around. I Was then greeted by the most friendliest and thorough dentist who talked me through my treatment. I’ve never felt so relaxed and at ease in a dentist chair for a very long time, I’m fact since I was a child, she was so kind and caring with a very calming nature. People are very quick to judge bad experiences and not give credit where due. Thankyou.
Utterly fantastic My 2 year old had knocked his front incisors resulting in a fair bit of blood and very swollen black looking gums. With no dentist I was a little worried and began to ring around. Croft dental practice was the 6th place I rang for help and they went above and beyond. The lovely receptionist Janetoffered advice but most importantly made me feel so at ease and within minutes of her taking my number she had called back to offer an appointment. She was so bubbly and helpful and on arrival she was even nicer. We were seen ahead of our appointment time and the dentist was just as helpful. He made my little boy feel such at ease as he sat for an examination and then gave concise infomation making me feel much better about the situation. The dental nurse was most helpful and friendly, giving my little boy a sticker too. I have taken forms to register the whole family and would highly recommend. I couldn't have asked for a better service, thank you
Amazing service from all staff but the new dentist Helen is amazing. So calm and gentle explaining everything step by step. I hope she never leaves the practise best dentist I've had.
Absolutely amazing the receptionist brilliant the dentists who work together man and wife amazing i went for a back tooth extraction honestly didn't feel a thing no blood whatsoever and i mean none brilliant
My children had a brilliant experience with their new dentist and hygienist at Croft House dental surgery in Maltby.
