The staff are all very kind and caring from the top down. The owner recently went to my mum's rescue, mum had a nasty virus, nobody wanted to go near her for fear of catching it, the owner, Fliss, gloved up went in and sorted Mum, returning the next day to check on her and make her drinks and hot water bottle. As busy as they are they show such kindness and compassion. We have been with them for about 7 years, they look after my sister who has a learning disability which is what they specialise in, they kindly agreed to take my aging Mum on as well. We have had several crises over the years, they have a 24/7 on call service and have come out to provide care for my sister overnight when Mum ,my sisters main carer, was taken to hospital. We are in very capable hands, I can't praise them highly enough. That they have staff that have been with them for years speaks volumes of them as employers.
It was appalling that the admin/ management made basic mistakes with filing. Don't recommend.nnOne of the CQC overall ratings is Requires Improvement.
