Very angry after my cut here today- booked for a cut and blow dry and was immediately taken to have my hair washed without having seen the stylist beforehand. I was asked if I wanted conditioner, which I have never been asked before. I was then taken over and had been whisked out of the chair within fifteen minutes. I was armed with photos of what I was after, but they were barely looked at and my requests for layers ignored. I was shown the back of the cut whilst it was still wet, my fringe roughly dried for what I expected to be the next part of the cut. It wasn't- I was whisked to the till and charged £18. No blow dry, no layers, no feathering as I had asked for. Literally the ends of my hair nipped and I was ushered out. Honestly too shocked and mortified to say anything at the time. The only blessing was that so little was taken off that I can book in with another salon as if it had never happened. I will definitely be avoiding this place in future.
