I work within the payroll team of a recruitment agency, we have used Crest for a number of years and my experience has been fantastic, they are great to work with. We mainly deal with Paula from the payments team, and we always receive outstanding service and great communication from her. She is always very proactive and thorough; and will always contact us to clarify anything she is uncertain about to ensure accurate processing. Invoices are sent promptly, and we can always rely on them being accurate. Highly recommend using Crest Plus.
Crest Plus has been really good to me. The people who answer the phones have always done their best to get me the help I need, but today I managed to get through to a VERY kind gentleman who helped explain what I would need for referencing. He provided me with the correct format of cover letter, went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Thus far, every experience I've had with them has been above and beyond great. The staff are helpful and friendly. I'm quite pleased with Crest as my Umbrella.
I have been with Crest Plus for 3 years now. So far I can just say how great they are with my pay. Best Umbrella company. When I change the agency, I don’t have to worry about anything as they do all the paperwork and life continues for me smoothly. In addition, I get 10%discount at B&Q can’t get better than that.
I love Crest. Every week receive a message to confirm they received my hrs, how many and what rate. They send me a message to inform me how much I'm going to get paid and when. And I get paid every Friday morning without any delays. I worked with other umbrella companies but they are awesome.
