She is always very proactive and thorough; and will always contact us to clarify anything she is uncertain about to ensure accurate processing. Crest Plus has been really good to me. The people who answer the phones have always done their best to get me the help I need, but today I managed to get through to a VERY kind gentleman who helped explain what I would need for referencing. He provided me with the correct format of cover letter, went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Thus far, every experience I've had with them has been above and beyond great. The staff are helpful and friendly. I'm quite pleased with Crest as my Umbrella.

I love Crest. Every week receive a message to confirm they received my hrs, how many and what rate. They send me a message to inform me how much I'm going to get paid and when. And I get paid every Friday morning without any delays. I worked with other umbrella companies but they are awesome.
