I transferred from St Martin's and found this practice to be very good my experiences with reception staff is that they have always been very friendly and helpful . They always call back as promised . I have never had a problem .thank you to all staff including the Doctors I have seen.

Nice Doctor, pleasant staff was seen quickly and given excellent service. Clearly people are quick to give bad reviews but not stopping to give good ones.... way of the world I suppose.

Absolutely disgusting. If I could rate this Health Centre as minus one, I would. Actually, minus 5. The Practice Manager, Mari King, is away on holiday and any complaints have to be put in writing. For a morning appointment you have to call between 8 and 8.15 am but the phone doesn't get answered and the call ends up being dropped. When you do get through and ask for an appointment they tell you there's nothing available so to call back at 1.15 pm. I call back at 1.15 pm and the calls get dropped numerously until 1.24 pm when they tell you there's no appointments available so to call back tomorrow. Words fail me. The receptionist is rude and put the phone down on me. Then I was told to call 999 regardless of the pressure being placed on the NHS
