Had a problem with a carton of semi skimmed long life milk, It literally blew up, inside my cupboard,and smelled awfulnContacted them by phone and email about it, Took them 4 weeks to get a reply, I was then informed that nothing to worry about it, would not have made me ill, if I had drunk it??,not so sure about thatnThey then stated that they would send me some vouchers, to make up for the problem, now another 2 weeks on and still nothing receivednI don't think that they CARE about customer care nThis is very disappointing, only good part was the 2 lady's on phone reception, very pleasant and tried to help
Great bunch of lads polite friendly and helpful….. Easy to get on the bay…..
it is a rather difficult place to enter with a trailer and you need experience, it is not suitable for beginner drivers, please see the video I posted
Just to say, Moo Milk such as banana flavour is easily the best I've tasted. Congratulations to whoever got these drinks perfect. I like it that much that I probably drink too much of it, but it's healthier than alcohol.
