Really great little store. I bring my cockerpoo Milly in every couple of weeks and the manager Anna is so lovely - she always remembers us, which treats Milly likes and makes sure to stock the Acana food we buy which isn't sold at many local places. She also ordered us an out of stock harness and gave us a call as soon as it arrived! Lovely service
A very convenient pet food shop with a good range of Purrform raw cat food at very reasonable prices.

We took our pooch for a groom and we are really happy with the results! The groomer was skilful, knowledgeable and she had great relationship with our doggo. We’re definitely coming back once he turns into a scruff monster again. We love the shop too, great range of treats in good prices.
How lovely it is to have a pet store where the manager knows what they are talking about, mostly because she has her own Basset in store sometimes, you can meet him on the sofa he’s so well behaved. A store where they know about RAW diets and what you dog needs. My dog loves coming here and is always given a very warm welcome by Riley I think that’s her name. The selection of natural treats is wonderful too.
Best pet shop in Wimbledon by far. The owner/manager is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and wellness of dogs, kind and always has time for a chat. Just had my dog groomed there for the first time and the cut was wonderful and only took an hour. Don’t go anywhere else for your pets needs!!
Was recommended this place by my friend for puppy grooms and unfortunately was thoroughly disappointed. When I booked the appointment I was told I’d be paying £40 for the following: wash, dry, brush, nail trim, trimming hair around the sanitary areas and trimming hair around the eyes. Given this was my puppy’s first groom it only lasted 40 minutes which I found ridiculous because all my other friends first puppy grooms lasted way longer than this! All the groomer actually did was wash, dry, brush and trim the hair around my puppy’s eyes and then told me how my puppy was not settled and wouldn’t keep still. I mean obviously? It was her first time so I’m not sure what exactly this groomer expected my puppy to be like? Absolutely ridiculous! My appointment was at 5pm so I suspect this groomer just wanted to rush the job knowing it was my first groom and go home Definitely not worth £40 and I won’t be going here again! The staff can also be a bit awkward so you’re kinda standing there like confused as to what you’re waiting for… Will be trying another place in Balham and I really suggest you don’t bring your puppy here unless you’re okay with throwing money down the drain
I came in on Sunday last week for the first time to get some supplies. I was served by this amazing girl, I think her name was Sylvia, and they had amazing knowledge of the productions and have some amazing tips for caring for my pets. Was an amazing experience in the store. I found it weird though that I called earlier in the week and this women who said she was the manager picked up the call. I was really surprised as for some that works in a pet store, she didn’t really know much on the products, couldn’t get a clear answer which is why I came in instead. But she was being really sarcastic and didn’t seem very interested answering my questions. But overall, was a lovely store and grateful for the fantastic help I got in the store. 10/10 for that ladies lovely assistance.
Del Boy is a lively 11 month old cockerpoo. Sandra groomed him today, and groomed him exactly how I wanted it. So pleased with the care given to my boy. Super cute and Sandra and the staff were amazing thank you
Lovely little shop with lots of healthy dog treats, the shop assistant was very informative and helped me pick out suitable treats for my dog.
