Highly recommend Creature Comforts Milngavie.. Friendly helpful Staff As a carer and Animal assistant experienced in both veteri nary practice. Staff maintain good husbandary. Vitamins in water fresh daiiy Should expect colour change due to vitamin solution. Hence Green as described in a review I read. As also you would find in fish tank water same. If placing any health prevention solution. Thus preventing infection occuring. Animals are not obease receive balanced portioned dietry meals. Accordingly. Based on species age etc. This includes fresh daily vegetables. Ive observed. Animal Pysychology satisfactory. Well handled pets. Pets sometimes almost tame. Due to regular handling. Ive shopped at this pet shop for 15 years. I keep rats. Excellent pets. Intelligent sociable clean. Affectionate respond to their names. Fun!!!!!Good pet for kids. Its such a shame they receive bad press. Again a little education maybe beneficial. Creature Comforts are well stocked. If you require item. They dont have. They will order in. They are excellent with elderly customers Delivering and unloading. Placing within customers own home. At customers request. its a small shop well stocked. But cant expect the impossible. Hypathetically speaking. A bit Like fitting an elephant into a mini. Veterinary practices stock food as do larger retailers. But local shop here will accommodate you Anyone interested in animal care. Its good to know there are good educational courses online reasonable costing. Hence Refer to Groupon

The poor animals are living in hell, the cages are soo small, they are absolutely disgusting poo and pee everywhere even the water for the animals is green !!! The animals are obease and living in hell !!! This pet shop doesn't care about the animals only profit I wouldn't recommend this pet shop at all, go somewhere else that actually cares about its animals, it's disappointing to see in 2018 the conditions animals have to live in Plus the staff aren't properly trained, they don't give the right advice to people I'm so disappointed, if you can't look after animals then don't

Whilst the store has a good variety of products it is let down by the customer service. Such a shame.

Good friendly service and animal welfare top of their priorities. Good delivery service too for bulky itmes. Puppy discount which the big pet retailers scoff at and offer you a useless 'reward card'.
