Fantastic service. I purchased a dynamic walking foot for my Brother A50 machine and was shown how to put it on. However, when I tried at home, I couldn't get it fitting correctly so popped into the shop again and Richard gave me another demonstration along with a couple of hints. It's easy when you know how!nnThe choice of fabrics here is amazing and all the staff are so very helpful and friendly. It's a pleasure to visit. Thank you !

Today I collected my Janome Auto Threader Overlocker from being serviced by Richard. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent customer service. Both Richard and his lovely staff are so friendly and helpful. Richard has set everything on my overlocker and it is perfect. A huge THANKS for the first class service.
I was looking to buy a new air threader/ overlocker. Not cheap !nBut from start to finish the service and expertise was brilliant.nSo nice to have this fabric store ..and service available still for the few of us left that sew!nThank you Richard and StaffnWell recommended
My mother & I have come to this shop many times before & have usually always had good service. Except this time. We came in, were greeted & had a look for what we wanted. Shortly after us, a couple came in to look at sewing machines, even though they didn’t have an appointment. We got our stuff & went to wait to be served… for about 25 minutes. Server finally comes out & goes to ring us up, until another lady comes in & cuts in because she had “already paid for her sewing machine”. So the server completely blanked us, went to assist this lady & then continued to spend another five minutes elsewhere. We decided it wasn’t worth it & left. I have never been so insulted & appalled by the lack of customer care in my life. Really disappointed.
