Brilliant shop, always got a great selection of fish, staff are always happy and friendly, I'm in there every weekend and they're always around to help with what you need

Shop is a total mess dead fish in 90% of their tanks. Staff don't give a dam and have attitude. Such a shame as they Do have a nice fish

We are extremely disappointed in the quality of the fish from this shop and were particularly concerned to find that Creation Aquatics doesn't guarantee their fish! Out of 10 of the supposedly hardy fish we bought from this place, 8 have died within a week and one died within hours! All of the previous fish in the tank are absolutely fine. Water levels in our tank are perfect so there is no explanation as to why these fish died.

Prices are now to steep and staff need serious customer care training. Health and safety issues also.
