At very short notice I asked if they could alter a pair of trousers, yes certainly was the reply. Nothing is a bother for this shop lovely friendly accommodating staff and a SUPERB professional job. I could not be happier if I bought a brand new pair. Thank you so much

I’ve been using creases for five years. It is local. It is inexpensive and it is top quality service.
Staff are friendly enough but I took in a pair of curtains to be altered and their first attempt was terrible as they ended up with a very uneven hem. Their second attempt straightened out the hem more or less but they're still not the length I requested. Can't be bothered to take them back a third time.
