Really disappointing. First time ordering at this branch and the portion was very underwhelming for the price. Have ordered at another branch and the sundae was filled to the top with at least 4 Ferrero rochers for the royale. This time ice cream hardly touching the sides and not even filled to the lid lining. Honestly not much more ice cream than a McFlurry which is a fraction of the price. Deliveroo won’t compensate for “food quality” issues so hopefully they feedback to her management this is not acceptable for the high price. Will not be ordering here again.
I always order bubble tea from here on uber eats but today it was awful. The drinks had no taste like they were mixed with water and there was no extra tapioca so i got charged extra for nothing . Tried to contact support but they’re not answering.The quality of this store is getting very bad.
Ordered through uber eats. I'm in N21. They forgot to give ice-cream for the cookie dough. The cookie dough wasnt nice. Overall bit dissapointing.. £20 for amateur cookie dough and a milkshake.. won't order again.
Self service, almost. Was told to download the menu, would have preferred an actual one seeing as we had 3 children with us who did not have phones. Told to order at counter. Items not available to order. Everyone had their ice cream delivered at separate times, nightmare did I mention 3 children? overpriced ice cream. Would have been better in the frozen section of asda than here.
Waffles here are amazing, really thick waffles, classic Nutella and banana waffle is tasty can't go wrong with a classic! Make sure you go on an empty stomach because it is very filling. If your struggling to find parking park in the Tesco car park next door
Very disappointed with what we got, we ordered an oreo sundae fundae whilst out but was given a tiny cup smaller than a mcflurry with barely any oreo. We get this all the time from other branches and it is always great, in the bigger milkshake sized cups but Enfield was just poor effort and disappointing.
I fancied a waffle so went here. The service was pleasant, the food waffle and ice cream was great, and fast. And the coffee was nice. Thank you
For a first time experience of creams, I really don't rate it, 2 orders wrong, all the cookies dough was well over cooked and rock hard!!! Only good thing was the after 8 milkshake.
Nice cafe in Enfield, near Tesco, parking is available there or in the surrounding car parks. They do waffles, pancakes, ice cream, drinks. Nice place, not cheap, it works out around £7 per person. Great as a special treat. Toilets available. Family friendly.
The best deserts in North London. Nice place , friendly staff, clean .
