They seemed to have a reasonable selection of donuts but the one I chose had a slight dent in it. I couldn't help feeling that it tasted a bit stale also. They said that they close at 4pm which seemed a bit early for a week day, so I had to get my coffee from Starbucks instead. They had already stopped serving coffee at 3.40pm. The seating area was closed but I could understand that. The staff were pleasant here but I have had better experiences at a Krispy Kreme than this one.
Donuts as always are one of the best you'll ever taste Table wasn't cleaned when I sat. Had to clean it myself. Tight space tables that kept moving. Coffee was below par, not sure why they charge high price coffee when the quality is poor.
False advertising for Milkshakes. They tried to serve me a milkshake in a coffee cup, with cream on top. Nothing advertised in the bigger clear cups with correct lid. I just felt the staff were annoyed when I questioned it. At least tell the customer prior to selling or change the advertising photo, of a milkshake in a coffee cup. Anyways I was refunded regardless but I never usually complain.
Doughnuts are lovely and tasty but the staff are soo rude
Donuts are great, very fresh most of the time. Giving 4 stars, because when they’re not fresh and staff knows about it they never give a deal or a little discount. However, I do recommend them!
Addictive pleasure. Quick service. Conveniently placed at the centre of the mall as you come in the main door. Good selection of products. Good packaging for take away. Fresh products
Staff was giggling and laughing while we were deciding what to get in a rude way, and an elderly lady seemed like a manager I suppose was trying to look as if nothing was wrong.They need to get a course on how to serve customers before they put them behind the cashier
Very poor customer service. Lady at the till spoke very disrespectfully and with a lot of attitude. She also refused to serve me and my friend.
AVOID this branch at all cost! We visited at 11am which was the opening time and no one was there although all the donuts were on display and lights on after waiting exactly 25mins the lady comes via the lift and tells me to go away very rudely and she won't be serving until 12pm. When I told her me and my daughter have been waiting since 11am which is the opening time confirmed online and with head office she started yelling at us at the top of her lungs and this is when people waiting behind us just started to walk away, she cursed us and told us to get lost and a few abuses which my 7 year old witnessed. Till this day we are shocked and can't beleive we had to go through that treatment even though we didn't say anything wrong to her, maybe she was having a tough day but we didn't deserve that!
Their doughnuts are incredible. I have a sweet tooth so I sometimes go after work. It's more expensive on Uber eat. Better price local
