Great ice-cream but sometimes it is too crowded
One of the worst customer services, staff was rood and the manager refused to take to us. Staff need to be educated about regulation. NHS Track and Trace It does not apply where services or food are taken off site. This is against government guidelines.
Great place 100 percent tasty ice creams there great service, but not cheep. It is to me the best ice cream place in Kingston so please try it sometime
Pretty good place to come for an ice cream or some sort of dessert. It’s nice and chill with a good amount of space for sitting with groups. Little pricey for what it is, but the sizes are large.
Food nice, staff not welcoming and careless.
Went into store to be told that they couldn't make anything i wanted on the menu so went home and suprise i could order everything online from them and it arrived. Lazy and rude staff.
