The desserts may be slightly more expensive compared to other places around, but they make up for this in quantity and quality. Waiting times are very good usually. I was there recently with a group of 8/10, having everything come in max 15 minutes. For single orders, you can expect a wait time of around 10 minutes. Granted, this standard will depend on the staffing situation and how busy the shop is. The only real criticism I would give is that the service can lack dependent on who is running the shop. Even at around 7 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday, with a very quiet shop, the staff seems to serve and interact with you like they have 0 energy or just can't really be bothered to get out of the shift. Smaller things like not having enough cutlery packed despite the shop being very quiet, then asking the staff who seem to just have forgotten about the table / lack of cutlery. Overall, a lovely shop with great food and a lovely atmosphere.
Very nice cafe. Staff were well trained and they are maintaining social distance. We ordered crepe and waffle. It was so fresh and yummy. Definitely i will visit that place for their waffle. It got lake view as well. Peaceful. I wanted to try their savoury after eating cold icecream but that was not available..that was disappointed. Other than that lovely place with good ambience.
UPDATE 25/2/23 Went for my sons birthday and they still have amazing service Food was great can't ask for more. Front of house staff Muhammed/Mohammad Great service. Also arranged a surprise for my son and got him a birthday card. Creams is a amazing place to get your fix of sweetness. The Waffles are massive and easily worth the money paid for them. I ordered the Banana & Strawberry waffle, my Gf ordered The Cookie crush. And also a Mint chocolate chip Scoop Shake. Staff were friendly and helpful to anything we Needed and the deserts were with us within 10 minutes. 5* would definitely go again and recommend to others. Parking is limited at the rear of the premises so if its busy you may not get parked.
Such a nice place for desserts. The staff are lovely and friendly. The ambience is nice and the lake view seats are absolutely amazing particularly in spring and summer. The shakes are really good and the ice cream as well. Been there a few times and would recommend it highly
Thick shakes are not thick, infact the same consistency as cream, 30 minute wait for 2 milkshakes when the place is empty? I guess quick service isn’t a priority here nor is selling the item as described on the menus
Great desert place. Food was nice and so too the coffee. I had the Belgian Waffle with chocolate drizzle, ice cream two types vanilla and the soft ice cream and strawberries. The 5 stars not given as in my experience the deserts took too long to be served.
Appetising Vegan options. Loved their waffles even enjoyed a delivery at home with same experience. Cake was too sweet for my taste..
Lovely dessert place in Coventry. We were in a group of 14 kids & adults. Kids loved the ice-cream. We arrived around 10.30 pm, the place closes by 11 pm so look out for the time. Go on time to sit and enjoy the yummy dessert. The staff was really good. The best dessert to try is volcano brownie.. After having tried the first brownie order we ordered two more. Hot chocolate ordered by my friend was too sweet. Bubblegum, chocolate ice-cream were delicious. Overall a good dessert place, would highly recommend.
Perfect place! Desserts are delicious and fresh! Heavenly flavor!
I have been here before and it was always okay, but today the service was amazing! Mohammad is such a sweet and genuine person. He checked on us to make sure everything was going well. He also had a conversation with us which was nice as other staff members don't really talk. Will definitely be back.
