Lovely place, cozy, yummiest Monster Freak, loved Matcha green tea cake as well

Place was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Ordered a cookies and cream milkshake, but it seemed like I had to wait pretty long for it. When I did get it, it looked great. Tasted great. But there wasn't as much as I thought there would be in the cup. About 1/4 was whipped cream. Was a little disappointed with that.

Quaint place. Beautifully decorated.  Ordered a Nutella milkshake which took about 5 to 7 mins to make. Wasn't too heavy of a drink which I liked but overload on the whip cream and the wafer could've been left out.

Experienced a good lunch deal today. £4.95 for a bagette, drink and cup cake.   Well presented and tasty.  Cup cake came individually wrapped so you could take home if you wished.  The place itself was clean tidy and the staff were helpful. Would certainly recommend and go back again based on today's experience.

Been there twice, first time hot drink machine not working - no hot chocolate, today was told cash only no debit card payments!! Really poor for a city centre business will NOT go back again.

What a total rip off. Ordered the Ferrero Rocher milkshake for nearly £5, it turned out to be milk with a bit of chocolate sauce in it with one floating Ferrero Rocher ball in it. Not blended at all. Daylight robbery. Furthest thing from luxury I've ever experienced.

Wow what can I say only went in for macarons and four cup amazing customer service outstanding I must say I only got the cupcakes to go but counter staff are outstanding very friendly amazing yummy cupcakes and macarons are to die for what a special treat
