The service was fantastic, really friendly staff, delivered early in the morning and collect late so we maximised our time with the bouncy castle. The bouncy castle was clean and the children loved it! We had the sparkling Disney princess pink one, it's was excellent value for money, thank you!
We had the disco dome bouncy castle. It was amazing. The price was reasonable, the service was great. The chap who delivered it was very nice, explained how to use the blue tooth and got the job done with no fuss. I would definitely use cream castles again.

Cream Castles really made our event! We booked the toxic drop slide, all the kids and adults loved it despite the weather! The attendant did an amazing job and all the staff I dealt with were really helpful and thorough. It was really easy to book and a good price! An absolute great firm to hire your bouncy castles from. The guy that brought the bouncy castle was very obliging as I had booked the wrong time and happily came back and delivered the bouncy castle later on. Would not use any other firm!!
As always, Cream Castles were super efficient, extremely helpful and did an amazing job at Ravenfield Fete. If we do it again we will definitely be having the 80ft assault course, everyone loved it!
Ordered a bouncy castle for our daughter’s 5th birthday party. The bouncy castle itself was great and the kids loved it. Cream Castles were really organised and reliable, delivering and setting up the bouncy castle half an hour prior to the party and collecting upon completion. We ordered a toddler bouncy castle for our sons 2nd birthday. The price was great, the communication was great, the drop off was on time, the castle was great and the guys picking up/dropping off were nice and friendly too. Would recommend!
We ordered the strike alight machine for my sons birthday party and everybody commented on how cool it was- both parents and children! Booking was super easy and the website/booking service clear to use. Even though we were quite far out from where they are based, they were so accommodating with drop off/pick up and customer service was fantastic. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Easy booking system, and great communication throughout. The inflatables were top quality and exactly as described.
