Took 4 children to crazy climb yesterday. They all had a great time, the centre was mostly clean and tidy but the cafe could have done with a sweep as there was some pizza and crisps underneath our table from a previous customer. The climbs were great with various difficulty to give them all a challenge. The only thing was that a few of the climbs were shut whilst the towers were open which we hadn't been expecting and this was upsetting for the youngest one who really liked the jigsaw puzzle one. The punch bag was also not open for the duration of the session which is the one that 2 of the children were most looking forward to. The staff members were all friendly and helpful and engaged well with my children. Would go back but I think I would check that the climbs would all be available with sufficient staff to keep all the climbs open for the session.
We had my daughter’s birthday here and it was absolutely brilliant! I booked it online and then showed up on the day and had 10/10 service. We were running late which I was worried was going to cut in to their time climbing but thankfully it didn’t. We had the freshly made pizzas for the party food which were amazing and really fairly priced. I asked if they could do something on the side with them but the staff said they were happy for me to go and grab whatever I needed from B&M next door, dirty fries or order delivery roo too which I thought was so good and made life so much easier that they were so laid back for us to do that if we wanted too. I grabbed a load of chips from dirty fries next door to go with their pizzas and it was the best combo. Staff were there to help us every step of the way with everything I had forgotten to bring and the table was set up beautifully for the children to have their food and cake. I would definitely recommend them for your children’s parties as they helped us as much as they could but also left us to do our thing at the same time which is the perfect combo! We did a group booking for our daughter's 7th birthday and we had a wonderful time. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We had several of the children's parents say to us how lovely it was and how fantastic the staff are. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone is having a good time and were very good with any of the children that were there for the 1st time & feeling a bit nervous. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff at Crazy Climb Swansea.
It's a great place for children of all ages to enjoy a climb. My kids loved it here. However, what bothered me was the fact that a lady instructor didn't arrive to do the safety introduction until 4:10 pm, when it was supposed to start at 4 pm. Considering it's not the cheapest activity for children and parents have paid for it to start on time, this is not acceptable. From the looks of things, they may have been understaffed, given that she was the only person managing approximately 26 children. On the website, it states one instructor to 14 people.
This was the second time we had a birthday party at Crazy Climb, and it was as perfect as the first one. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the instructions before the climb were clear, and the children absolutely loved to climb. Even my 5-year-old improved from not knowing how to climb and being a bit scared to fearlessly climbing 3-4 meters at the end of the session. Pizza and cake after the climb was well appreciated by all participants. We all had an amazing time. Thank you so much!
Took the three grand children for a session today and they thoroughly enjoyed. Place was bright and airy. Staff were absolutely brilliant they interacted well with all three children making sure that they had a memorable experience. Brilliant place, will definitely be returning.
Terrible staff attitude towards children, told my son to shut up as he was talking while putting his hand in front of my sons face! I will never never allow my children to step foot in that place again if this is how they spoke to him in front of me then I dreaf to think what would have been said if I wasn't there
Took my grandson for his 11th birthday treat..he loved it..coffee and cakes were good for granny too!
Son and daughter went with her bestie they loved it! The building was, clean and well looked after. The toilets were sparkling nothing was broken or damaged. Customer service was fantastic and the staff were lovely, calm and so kind to all the children climbing.
10th birthday party. Really well run. Cat, our instructor was really friendly and attentive but firm - as needed She really helped my youngest daughter with her nervousness and as a result, she achieved real progress over the session. Lovely coffee and food too!! Would definitely recommend.
