We received a very warm welcome from Emily and her team, we had tonnes of fun in the play area, loads to do for kids of all ages! Very safe, very clean and very friendly! Thank you guys!! Ps- AWESOME SLUSHIES!!
Booked a party for my child and 15 school friends. Good value for money and was a stress free party. The food is decent and the optional paid for party bags have a good little selection of things in. The softplay itself is a good size and has plenty of seating. Would recommend!
Fancy coming all the way from Poole to your establishment. But being made to feel like it is our fault or problem. That you are busy and can't keep up with food orders? Then when they do eventually show up nearly an hour later to fry a few chips!!. You are given dirty looks by the staff. No apologies for it taking so long!nAwful just awful!nWe booked a 12:30 - 14:30 slot. And the food finally arrived with just 20 mins of the session left .nThought we would venture out of Poole and go somewhere else for a change. Big expensive mistake!
One of the worst soft plays I’ve been to.nAbsolute chaos in there they had 2 parties going on and not so many staff.nstruggled to find seating as was ram packed with the public party attendees were seprate from general public seating wisennand to mention a toastie and 1/2 a pizza & chips took 1hr 45mins to arrive leaving us with 10 minutes left of the session. We weren’t the only ones but as they were closing down/ cleaning up it was uncomfortable feeling sat there eating food that has just arrived.nThe young lady who served our food was very apologetic about the wait but a different lady at the counter diddnt seem at all bothered as when asked nicely after 1 hour where our food was we was told “dunno” no apologies or any explaination just a simple were overwhelmed with orders would’ve been completely understood.nnNot sure what’s going on with the tables aswell- I noticed black marks all over my jeans after crossing my legs over and must of brushed the table whilst doing so - so looked underneath the table and all I can say is it looked like black mould! It was dusty texture and covered all in black just like mouldnnA kind suggestion in future; maybe cap the amount of public coming in when you have parties going on?nIt really was an overwhelming chaos and not particularly toddler friendly as age range appeared to be all ages.. my toddler was pinned down by an older child and shoved off a platform kids are kids I know and that’s down to the parents but it’s just chaos and that’s all I can saynnSorry to leave this review but we walked out feeling stressed and overwhelmed and won’t be back again.
One of the best soft plays around. Really impressed. Took my 2 year old on a Friday morning during term time and it was not too busy at all. Or at least, it didn’t feel it as it is so large the kids have plenty of space and freedom to play. The ‘under 4s’ section is huge, the biggest of any soft play we’ve ever been to. The only downside was it was absolutely freezing in there. Like really baltic which made all the soft play equipment cold too. So seems like they don’t utilise any heating in there during winter. But wouldn’t put us off and will definitely be back!
