Chicken burger was tiny and so dry, I’ll stick to KFC. Price are also pretty high for a chicken shop
I ordered 10 wings and 4 chicken strips to my house, the strips were fine but the wings were gone off and stale, sometimes the wings are ok but the shop is inconsistent with the quality, it’s absolutely appalling service. I reported the food and called them and the manager said he will not be issuing a refund or giving me a fresh set of wings as he insisted that everything’s cooked fresh, I wondered why they gave me 9 extra wings but it made sense once I realised they were stale and gone off, they was just trying to get rid of the remaining wings they had left over for however long that they did, they do not care about health and safety whatsoever and are argumentative when you try to peacefully get the issue resolved, I’ve even seen rats in the back where the fryer is and they act like it’s not there, please do not eat here it’s terrible.
Before covid this was a great takeaway for chicken and chips. Absolutely loved it. But went there today, and never again. I know prices go up etc., but the portion was smaller than I remember over 2 years ago. Next time I will go to KFC.
Get what you'd expect from budget fried chicken, staff are good and listen to requests but their website is outdated and 90% of the time they don't receive the orders placed via it so you'd be best to call direct.Food: 4/5
Ordered Fish &Chips Fish was very greasy, batter not cooked.Also Ordered Chicken piece and wings, hardly any chicken and all bones, seasoning was over cook. Meals went Into bin. Never again

Much better then kfc. Cheaper aswell. My opinion anyway… the spicy wings are so good and there fries are very good aswell!!
Took over a hour and half to arrive when it finally did come after chasing it up was stone cold. Asked for a refund the driver telling me the food was fine I wouldn't be wasting my time calling and complaining if everything was fun but no instead waited for a 1-half hour for cold food not pleasant at all
Food came out cold, orders were also missed and workers didn't seem interested when asked where our food was! All the tables were dirty and full of rubbish from previous people, asked them if they could clean the tables.... they didn't! Overall not happy with my experience there! Won't be returning
Great vibe! Great customers focus! Every time they meet me with an amazing professionalism at my demands! And they always deliver their best. Never judge a book by its cover.
