Visited this play centre this week with my Son and his two children one age 2 and 7 Month baby, I must say really impressed with this place it was spotlessly clean !!! The cleanest play centre I have ever visited with my Grandchildren, lovely friendly staff and good food at a really reasonable price. The changing areas were also spotlessly clean. My Granddaughter loved the play area with the little kitchen and play house. And there was a lovely little area for me to sit in with the 7 Month baby we will definitely be back.
Big soft play but feels a bit dated. Toilets need a refresh, food quality average quality and long waits. No one clearing tables and doesn't seem to be enough chairs for adults to sit whilst children are playing.
Visited last day of school holidays with 10 months, 4 year old and 9 year old. Absolutely nothing for the 10 month old. They closed baby area and sensory area as they 'can't cope with it' A man opened the baby area and the lady behind the counter came squealing and running as though there was a fire saying It was closed, over dramatic. A quick sorry that areas closed would have been adequate. They don't serve toast because they 'can't cope with it' yet can do bacon and egg sandwiches ‍ The lady working was running around completely stressed and shrieking down the mic which no one could understand. On top of that the place has a funny musty smell. Not a comfortable place at all!
A zoo. Very busy & obviously popular for local families. The children loved the various apparatus and had a great time. Food was ok though you have to pick the right time to queue otherwise you could be there for a long time. Toilets & facilities are basic & parking is ample.
I visited today with my family and was so concerned about the speed of the slides , twice my 4 year old banged his head, I spoke to another parent who said they clean the slide and then use the mop to make it slippy, and its not safe by any means . Good play to play obviously, quite large with plenty of seating. Good in winter but summer time with no air con. Jesus. Even now it's 22 degrees outside and as soon as you come in its musty, wet sock stinky and you feel like you're indoors in a sauna. There's just no air- as there are no windows open - be case this place doesn't have windows. And obviously the doors are closed for security. You guys really need to invest in air con. It's a must in a place like this if you want people to come back
Bad experience Poo and wee in the babies area and just all round not clean. Baby sensory wasn’t open because it’s the school holidays and I think this is ridiculous. Will never be going here again
Ok, but there is a distinct smell of sweaty feet and children. Kids were happy enough, food and drink seemed ok and reasonable
Zero, two of my kids got kicked out for being too old, no where does it state 12 or under, the website says school ages, staff are rude and accused my children of lying until confronted, not very clean someone else's child wet themselves in the play area, would definitely avoid, better alternatives around the local area, ps chips were stale and cold they would not let my disabled child play even though apparently they are welcome discrimination.
