I just would like to thank you for having this service as much as it is a heart breaking time to lose a fur baby your crematorium services give me a little bit of comfort to be able to take my time and also have the reassurance my pet is being done as a personal cremation and i can keep my wee pet with me until its time for us to go together my 1st pet cremation was done in the early 1990s and i have had many more in between the years unfortunately but i have to thank you all for your kind words and time you give each time to me when we 1st came you had a beautiful wee chapel of rest building which was a added touch would be nice if maybe you could have a new one put in its place i would also like to thank you for your delivery of myreplacement brass name plate which i accidentally give the wrong date for i really do appreciate thank you so much caroline Barnes xxx

During the past 2 1/2 years I have taken six of our dearly loved dogs to Cranmore for cremation. I have always found the staff very efficient, helpful and understanding. An excellent personal service at a time of grief and loss of a beloved pet. We always replace a lost dog and at the present time we still have 11 so no doubt in time we will be visiting Cranmore again. Billy Winward Co. Offaly Southern Ireland7
