Great quality garden shed, I liked the process from being able to customise the design on the website, to the fitting which went very smoothly, good communication throughout, I am sure you can get a  shed cheaper but this was very impressive

Despite what look like decent sheds, the attitude of the sales team is horrendous. I was on holiday when I ordered the shed and could not access photos of my house/side return which were demanded before they’d even process the order. Despite all of my reassurances re access and holding a sizeable deposit, nothing could be done. Almost three weeks after getting back from holiday and sending photos, I had to prompt them for a delivery date, which still hadn’t been processed and then they sent a date almost three months out. Awful service, bad attitude. I would steer we’ll clear.

Really thrilled with our superior shed. Head office team were very easy to deal with, regular updates about delivery and what would be required and the installation team were courteous, tidy and did a grand job. Its so nice, we might elevate it from shed to "studio"! Would highly recommend Crane.

Really excellent business. My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday to browse around the show area of pre built sheds and outdoor buildings. They have an impressive range of ready built to walk around, all priced at bare bones or as they stand. Staff were very helpful too but not like typical sales staff. We were given as long as we wanted to browse. They also have "ex demo" buildings for sale too which is good. Then we went and spoke to the very knowledgeable sales staff and discussed some options with someone who really knew his products inside and out. All in all a very good experience!

We have today had a classic shed supplied and installed by Crane Garden Buildings.  The quality of the shed is superb, and the company's customer service is second to none.  I cannot recommend this company high enough

Fantastic experience from start to finish - would highly recommend - we love our shed so much we have now ordered a summerhouse.

They have some very nice sheds and rooms.  Worth a visit if you are in the market.

The team who delivered and installed my Superior Garden Shed were great - really friendly and a credit to your Company . I'm absolutely thrilled with it and cant wait to start using it. Thanks everybody!

Shocking customer service by both office not returning calls and the driver driving off because he was held up 10 mins had time for a cup of tea though and never got any tools out now been charged £517 to reschedule the build of the greenhouse, in my opinion the driver had no intention of staying we were also threatened with having to pay £500 for his hotel room he must of been staying in the Ritz if you want my opinion avoid this company.
