This Post Office may be part of the asda store but the post office staff with brillant fast and very friendly with every thing i required from the post office.... I have dyslexia and have loads of trouble with reading and writing.... and they were fantastic.... thank you so so much.... it was because I needed to get my driving licence renewed.....and had been to three other post offices in Gosforth. forest Hall and another one... and they told me that they couldn't help me at all and didn't have the software to help.... I was even told from the post mistress in Gosforth to go away and she wasn't gonna help me.... she was very very rude.... xxx
Rude rude rude. None of them have skills on friendliness or customer service!! Management need to read these reviews because obviously they need training in customer service. I took two small parcels which I knew could be posted as large letter yet the woman behind the counter said she they could not be posted as large letter as she could see just by looking at them. She wouldn't even try to see if they would. I told her it dosebt matter I will go somewhere else. AVOID this post office if you can
Came away quite shocked by the service. 9.30am, no queue, 4 cashiers sat there, 3 open. My daughter asked her question and the cashier totally dismissed her request about CRB and DBS, which it states clearly on the website they deal with. Thank fully, Evelyn cashier heard my daughters request and said she would deal with it. The fact that the others sat giggling was infuriating. There was absolutely no attempt from them to help my daughter out. 5 stars for Evelyn, appreciate her help.
Inefficient, slow service Disinterested staff equally as slow as the service they provide Queue out the door, only one cashier on despite another two sitting there with the closed sign up not sure how difficult a concept it is to grasp but serve the whole queue be sorted sooner then get back to doing what you were doing nothing The worst post office I've had the misfortune to need to go to
Extremely unhelpful, it feels like it’s a real chore for them to serve you. I avoid and go to the smaller but much more helpful post offices in Dudley or Ashington.
Renewed both passport and driving licence at the same time. Staff were very helpful and the small admin fee took away the hassle of having photos taken and filling in online myself.
There ok but I use the one at Dudley they are the best and are most helpful.
Place adjust your opening/closing time, I was at the post office for 6pm and it was closed, while your time says you closed at 7pm. This was a bit of a drive for me, so I'll try again at least 2 hours before your closing time.
absolutely shocking only ever two serving and they all go at a snails pace , from opening the stamp books to giving change , must be a learned art form to go that slow . took 15 minutes to serve 2 people .
As much use as a chocolate fireguard and as helpful as an inflatable dart board. Just save the heartache and use somewhere who's staff aren't miserable
