By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I have a massive fear of seeing the dentist. As a result my teeth have suffered immensely as I haven’t seen a dentist at times that I should of done. Saw Tom this morning and was immediately put at ease. I’m embarrassed by my teeth to say the least but I didn’t feel he judged. He fully took on board my reasons for not seeing a dentist sooner. Discussed my treatment plan with me and completely put my mind at rest. I’m actually looking forward to having my issues sorted out. I never thought I’d say those words! Thank you so much to all at Cramlington dental centre. I’m so grateful!

Iv now changed dentists, went after and while and had to see mr grant and all i can say is it was horrific! As im very uneasy with dentist and as a filling had fell out and i knew i needed a needle i was very nervous! 2 minutes or so into the room i asked a few questions as i was nervous in which the reply i got was “ your wasting my proffessional time” as i was paying £55 for a ‘temporary’ filling i was expecting i slight bit of comfort and politeness! I expressed my feelings to the receptonist which she then said “no one comes here for his personality they come her for his professional work’ which i thought to myself in order to carry out a professional service you have to have a professional attitude! Totally put me off coming back for my filling so i changed dentist!

Went to visit dentist with my daughter who was VERY nervous instead of putting her at ease Mr Grant has put her off yet again going to a dentist very poor attitude

Most dentists here are caring and professional, Mr Grant drags the place down.
