Having had my fingers burnt buying remotely from another motorcycle dealership not far from Craigs just over a year ago, I was a bit reluctant in case of repeat problems with purchasing a bike from a non-local dealer. However, all I can say is that the whole experience with Craigs from start to finish was faultless.nnBefore purchasing the bike, I put the feelers out with 4 Husky dealers that I was interested in purchasing the new 701 Enduro. Craigs replied within 24hrs. 2 other local dealers never even responded !nnI dealt with Kristian throughout whose communication was fantastic, making me feel very at ease with the purchase process, even offering me a guaranteed part-ex on my old bike if it hadn't sold privately before my new Husky arrived, and also offering me a great deal on accessories purchased with the bike. Simon was also very helpful with any queries I had when Kristian was unavailable.nnIn the current climate where a personal service seems to be lost with the ever increasing drive for reduced costs and increased profits, it is such a refreshing change to see that some dealerships still hold old fashioned customer values close to their heart. They also have a very modern and well equipped showroom and service centre.nnGreat work Craigs. I will be recommending you to everyone I speak to.
Bought two Husqvarna 401 motorcycles from Craigs in December 2025, the whole experience has been great. Initial contact was promptly followed up, and the salesperson Simon was quick to reply to emails and calls. There was a little issue post-collection, but this was quickly resolved without any fuss following one email. I was really pleased that Craigs managed to get some out of stock accessories for me, too. All told, I'll absolutely return to Craigs again. Bought after a poor experience visiting another KTM/Husq dealer in the area. Now eyeing up a new 1390 Adventure!

Easy to deal with, the bike was as described, got a good deal and it was delivered quickly. dealt with Simon who was really helpful and has been the same a couple of weeks after purchase too.
