Dropped my bike off for it's service and found every member of staff really helpfull and friendly..the shop itself is stacked to the rafters with gear..mainly off road..with near enough every different manufacturersnbike on show..lots of new Ktm road bikes as well..all round a gr8 experience..will deffo be back... cheers guys..
I am somewhat early in the purchasing process for my new KTM 690 Enduro R, but the team have been absolutely fantastic thus far and felt they warranted an early review!nnPopped in today to finalise accessories and to see if I’d need the lowering kit. They were more than accommodating, even recommending against certain extras despite the additional revenue they’d generate - true professionals!nnWill update this review throughout my engagement with the team, as/when required.
Always helpful. Took my talaria for a tyre replacement done within 15mins and no advance booking.
Took my ktm in with a radiator fan issue. Phone call a couple of days later saying bike is putting too much voltage to the fan, although not blowing any fuses. Charged me just short of £100 with a note stating this and wanted another £100 to reassemble. I picked up the bike in bits and took it to an auto electrician who couldn’t find a fault. After further investigation it turned out to be the radiator hose too close to the shroud on the fan, so as the bike warmed up and made the plastic flexible pushing on the blade. I was quoted around £1000 for a new wiring harness plus labour but couldn’t guarantee it saying it might be the ecu. Never again with this company
I purchased my dream, motorcycle about four year ago with Craig‘s motorcycles so it was a no brainer to go back as I’m currently looking into getting an Enduro bike. I have all the time in the world for you under there for any questions or advice. Speak to Kristian fantastic guy he will get the job done nnThanks for everything.
