Excellent B&B. We stayed in the separate guest house which is normally rented on Airbnb as self-catered, but we were offered the B&B option. Great facility, great hosts, beautiful town. Don't miss the Edradour Distillery a short drive away.

We had a top notch stay at this accommodation during my partner's birthday. We needed an accommodation for a group of 8 adults in Pitlochry and I was looking for something with a lot of charm. 
The owners are lovely and they help me set up a lovely champagne time for my partner. The house is fantastic and the rooms are classic without being kitsch. Important part: bathrooms are modern and very well equipped. 
Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9 AM but if needed you can ask them to come earlier in advance. 
A great value for money!
