Very impressed with the excellent service that my grandson received at Craigmillar Medical Group. Lauren was professional, patient and friendly when I called - she couldn't have been more helpful. She followed up my query with Dr Rowan, and again, the care received was excellent. No complaints. Highly recommend both of the professionals that looked after my grandson.
Initial visit was easy, seen quick. It's good that sometimes they offer callback system so not stuck waiting on hold music when poorly.nnAppreciate the free help and support, NHS services deserve utmost respect in return.

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this GP practice. The entire process is inefficient - first, you call reception, then wait for a GP callback just to book an appointment. If you miss the call, you're back to square one. It feels like a gamble rather than a reliable healthcare system.nnSo, after an unsuccessful appointment, I was quite disappointed with the clinic, however recently Dr Leslie and follow up appointment with McCall-Smith helped me to get the right diagnosis, right procedure and immediate actions to my ongoing problem, which I'm greatful for.

Like most NHS GP surgeries getting an appointment can be complicated, with most services being provided only by ringing for an appointment on the day.nRepeat prescription services are either completed in-person or via an online form with no confirmation of receipt. For myself, this has lead to some issues where requests were unfulfilled or incorrect.nI've never had a negative experience with any staff members, be that reception or clinical, & some have gone above & beyond to assist.
