Lovely working farm. Your able to go into the fields and pick your own produce. There is a farm shop if you like picking from the shelves. Wonderful shopping goodies inside from house hold decor to home made food items. Cafe has indoor and outdoor seating areas. Cafe has Gluten free options and dairy alternatives.
Lovely place for the family to pick some tasty fruit! Strawberries, raspberries, cherries, blackcurrant and lots more! Great play area for children. Cafe has tasty cakes and a wide selection of drinks. The shop also has a wide selection and also has some fresh pies and sausage rolls! You have to pay and book for a time slot but this money comes off what you have picked!
Amazing experience!! Got the recommendation from a friend and got mind blown of how beautiful and peaceful the place is! Went for PYO, had lots of fun picking amazing strawberries, raspberries and gooseberries! Then went for food to the cafe, both brioche sandos were very tasty, brioche bun was so fluffly and tasty, food in general was quite nice! Before leave passed by the butcher shop and browsed a bit their product range which is top quality amd ended up taking some nice pork loin and extremely tasty made in house vinegar. Last but not least the service was outstanding, helpful and friendly! Shoutout and kudos to all the staff, keep it up and see you soon!
Had a lovely few hours here Strawberry picking with the children. I don't think the layout is very good and there wasn't a great selection of fruit either however there is lots of room for the kids to run about and there is a beautiful field of sunflowers which you can pick. There is a selection of vegetables growing here but we weren't sure what was ok for picking either so didn't get any from the fields. The play area for kids is quite good however the cafe is very expensive for juice and such like. I personally did enjoy the selection of goods within the farm shop and the butcher is a buffalo butcher too. There is lots of veg, fruits, cheese and meats available to name a few. The steak pie I bought from here would most definitely be one of the best if not the best we have tasted ever. I would return here but the fruit picking wasn't the best and it also works out quite expensive. There is a gift shop which is fairly reasonable compared to other similar places. Vegetarian options: Lots of selection within the organic farm shop. Kid-friendliness: It's a good place for the kids to run about. Parking: Large car park with good blue badge parking and child friendly bays. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with the kids play area, farm shop and gift shop.
We had heard of this place and it certainly did not disappoint us. We had a lovely time and our child who has additional needs was very welcome and she loved playing in the sandpits. The staff are just amazing and very friendly. Recommend this place
Food was lovely once it arrived. They encourage ordering via a QR code which means there is very little interaction with anyone. I don't know about you but I like to be served and to interact. We waited over 30 mins for food and our kids were starving. Nobody came to offer any kind of reassurance that it was coming soon. Lots of other people in same boat and nobody came to us. Lack of customer service has to be their biggest downfall. Scrap the QR codes and serve your customers is my suggestion.
I had such a great experience at Craigies farm! Pumpkin picking is something I had been wanting to do for a while and it was so fun at their farm. They have a wide range of fruits & veg to pick and the loveliest shop where you can buy their own produce such as eggs, cheese, jams etc. Overall loved it and would recommend to anyone!
Great find, amazing strawberries and raspberries to pick from. Really friendly staff. Good food and amazing cake. Loved the outdoor kids play area. My daughter was obessed with the tractors. Can't wait to go back soon. Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids, to eat there's plenty of seats with easy access for prams and highchairs. Plenty of space to walk around tables without bumping into the next table. Also changing facilities for baby. Great enclosed kids park with benches to eat outside too. Parking: Free parking. Ample spaces Wheelchair accessibility: One level access into farm shop and also outside to outdoor eating / kids play area.
