i was a new and very nervous patient ,but was quickly made to feel at ease by the very friendly and kind staff.I was really impressed by how no pressure was put on you to have any treatment if you didnt want it. i had a filling that had come out and even though i was told that it was fine and i could leave it , i opted to have it filled and it was done there and then ,even though this was only meant to be a check up. would definitely recommend .
Our first experience of private dentistry, having both felt let down by the NHS service. We were seen quickly and dental needs/treatments discussed in an understandable and respectful way, taking our financial situation into account. We felt the hygienist was a little rushed but the results of a deep clean were very much appreciated.
My wife Mrs Lesley Lane has the following comments: Super staff. Dentist very kind and considerate. New hygienist very caring and pleasant and knows her job. Makes my future visits less stressful.
Two fillings today absolutely brilliant, didn’t not feel a thing. All staff are pleasant and well mannered. Highly recommended. Practice is very clean and tidy.
Having been repeatedly let down by my local NHS dental care provider I opted to go to Craig Dental for emergency treatment. I was seen the same day and the service was efficient, professional and personal. A long-term treatment and care plan was discussed and my concerns, on all levels, were listened to and my treatment options were fully explained. Yes, I had to get my head around the cost of treatment but the future of NHS dental treatment is, I believe, non existent so, deciding I wanted to continue to have good dental health in the future made any decision easier. Thank you to Chloe on reception, Diana, the dental nurse and Mr Tanzeem Raees for your kind care.
After moving to the area and needing to see a dentist they fit me in for an emergency appointment. The staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish! Would highly recommend!

I’m generally terrified of dentists - always have been! NOT ANYMORE! The team here are lovely, and Tanzeen is fantastic - can’t fault any of them. I feel so differently about a visit to the dentist now - I can’t recommend them highly enough. Don’t hesitate in going - you’ll be well looked after!
Excellent service from start to finish! Attended as an emergency patient but was so impressed I have now registered as a regular patient! Worth every penny!
