Parents not happy this morning, went to have a look around the shops and with hardly any shops open but still charged for parking, absolute disgrace!!! AVOID!!! Didn't want to give any stars for this review but it won't let me post unless I give it A star!!!!
Had a breakfast sandwich & coffee before a lovely walk around the lakes.
Went to get my dog trimmed by Kelly at Kelly's K9 Kuts. Whilst there had ice cream and coffee. Very relaxed atmosphere and plenty to see. Very friendly people, always ready with a smile and chat. Now I'm happy and my dog has a great haircut.
Sign says open daily.Drove in. Not one shop open but still had to pay for parking.Wont be going back.
Advertised as a Craft centre!!!. Nothing there, a hairdresser, a dog grooming shop and a horsey shop that's it. You also have to pay for the car park, which I had done on the way in. A £1 for Nothing. Never again.
A friend and I popped in hoping to find a nice cafe. We're both crafty people though so we were looking forward to enjoying some outlets too. Unfortunately most of them were closed. We assume they are mainly open at the weekend. The cafe was lovely beautiful hand made cakes and a proper cup of tea in a ceramic teapot! There was a really nice looking animal experience place but you do have to book in advance. We both felt it had real potential as a craft centre but needs a few more outlets to make it a going concern.
Disappointed to find nothing open, cafe no longer there and then charged for the privilege of parking. Unfortunately no longer worth a visit
Visited the jewellery shop again to have some rings resized. Excellent and friendly service as always and very reasonably priced.
Will not be coming again. A hefty rude woman at the counter. Grey hair and very unkempt appearance told me they didn't sell sausages. Never had. I waited for her nose to grow but alas, was disappointed. I've visited many many times and have always had sausages. Maybe she ate all the sausages.
Was not much there. Santa's grotto was ok for £5 each child with a present. Some things was shut but we did get there late on Sunday afternoon at 2.30pm. shuts at 3
