Recently registered here with my husband. I'm impressed with the online triage form, all GP practices should be using this so patients are seen in clinical priority order and avoid the 8am call queuing. We've both had appointments already. I've had nothing but politeness from receptionist staff and they have been very informative and helpful.
1 of the worst surgeries I’ve ever been with.nThe amount of times you have to repeat yourself, whilst knowing your body and what’s wrong. No one listens to the problems you have, they tell you what they think and believe. They don’t like referring you to anything beneficial. They give you wrong diagnosis, leave mental health patients without medication and refuse to do home care for severely disabled people.nThe doctors should be looked into, people are coming to work for the money not to actually help. Some of the attitudes from the staff over the phone is appalling.nNot worthy 1 star but there’s no choice
Place isn't worthy of 1 star. Can never get an appointment. You call at 8am to get an appointment, once you get to the front of the queue, all appointments gone. Items constantly missed off prescriptions. I've been a patient there for 4 years. Only ever managed to get in once, and that was to have staples removed after an operation. I've now registered elsewhere.
It's another doctor's that works with mine at wollescote Stourbridge. Great friendly staff and not long waits. Easy to book in.
Bad service I call at 8.03 and after waiting for 35 minutes on phone telling me all appointments are gone and telling me to go A and E
