Incredible mocha. Lovely rich and almost rum-y flavour. Was not expecting anything above an average coffee but this was just something else. Cracking!

Didn't look much from the outside but lovely whippy style ice cream, nice filter coffee and strawberry milkshake. The extravagant desserts looked canny good.

Lovely ice cream but the Iced coffee is watery with no flavour, may as well be drinking dish washer water.

We had some lovely 99 ice creams from here.  All very nice and tasty.  No issues with staff, the cost or service time.  I would certainly be back.

Lovely ice cream but ordered 2 small and one larger cone today and was charged for 3 large cones ,£9.90 didnt realise until checked my statement. Check machine before tapping !

Took more than 20 min to get 2 panninis and a toastie, all of which were burned. Staff seemed uninterested and to avoid working, hanging around in the back. Might be better to only serve what you are good at, so the business should focus on ice cream and leave sandwiches off the menu

Staff unhelpful and not interested. We called in early morning for breakfast and they had more staff than customers but food, drinks, cutlery not brought to the table just plonked on the counter for the paying customer to collect. Surely they can walk the extra 10 steps round the counter to actually serve you at your table? Breakfast poor and despite ordering the Full English it arrived minus mushrooms and when questioned about the lack of our fungi friends were told "oh yes we know but the shop round the corner is not open yet for us to get some" Would have been nice for them to actually tell us and maybe apologise or even offer an alternative option, but that would be too much to ask, just like bringing your order to your table.
