Good location and rates, some bays are tricky to manoeuvre into. Visited yesterday 9th Dec 22 and new system in place - pay at the machine on exit. Appears that your number plate is automatically read on entry, so the cost comes up on the machine when you enter your car registration. Recommend.
I parked and paid the amount shown but still received a claim by Horizon for not paying - very bad system !!!
Nice little car park close to shops but in winter needs a light by/on the payment machine as difficult to see in the dark
