Brilliant, friendly staff, especially Debbie, and everyone there has alway done everything they can to help. Cannot fault this place. Really not sure where the bad reviews stem from, but can only imagine some grumpy old chuffer was denied their giro or was too large to fit through the door!

Terrible post office my daughter was charged 16pound for a late passport and when returned today was sent away at 4.40pm by dame rude woman who days it will have to be tomorrow as thry shut at 5pm..very ride woman

It's really disappointing and frustrating that no masks are worn in this store. I understand people have a right to a medical exemption, but I have yet to see any staff member wear or enforce mask policy. Being exempt from a mask doesn't exempt you from spreading COVID! The staff are also generally flustered and unnecessarily rude towards customers.

Friendly efficient service at this local post office in Cowdenbeath next to the police station. Staff friendly and they also sell a selection of gifts. Tbh I wonder if they sell many though as they seem quite expensive compared to other gift shops. Great for post office services though and you can hear what the staff are saying as they are mostly exempt from wearing masks for Covid

This branch is very disappointing. Why are none of your staff wearing masks? Also staff are so engaged in conversations with each other they're making mistakes. Not very friendly towards customers.. A smile goes a long way.

Shut again when others are open if you need a post office don't use this one staff slow could not care about customer's answer to owner oh no you have not if anything your post office shuts with no warning also you post on face book after you shut pensioners most of don't use social media get your act together and get your staff to get a move on and stop yapping when we are waiting inside and out side in all weathers Update went in today 13.5.22 for electrical top up for elderly next door neighbour was explained to man behind counter this was a new key as the last on was used yesterday in this shop and the machine spiked it and now would not work so so pensioner got new one said machine was still not working then manageress went of on one saying it was not her machine well what a Karen this one was never be back there again no manners

Very Poor, not helpful at all,  did not even bother if my parcels were there.  Staff never smile, its not even the end of the world yet.

Opening times are lies it sais open but I'm standing in front of it and it's closed
