SCAM ARTISTS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Cover Direct demanded £121 to cancel my policy at the end of the agreement, passed the so called 'debt' onto a collection agency and have subsequently refused an offer of payment to continue the cover for a further 12 months.

Called CoverDirect to cancel my policy after the renewal was a 350% increase on the previouse year. All done apparently, until the following year when another renewal comes through the post. They had continued to charge me even though I had cancelled the policy. They were very quick to admit their mistake and apologise, but it's proving very difficult to get my money back from them. My advice - find another insurer!
