My girlfriend, who did her BA here, kindly requested a transcript of marks which she supposed to have in the first place - the uni just didn't send them or they got lost in the transition, to which the Coventry University replied that this is a paid service £40 or she could request the transcript from some other outsourced company, which is closed for the summer. Also, it is not the first time that the CU forgets to send some papers, the distinction paper is one of them. Moreover, you lose access to all portals once you finish studies, so good luck getting anything related to your degree. If you could have known how much mental and emotional energy this stuff drains. Judging by what my partner is going through, I highly don't recommend dealing this university.
Very unhelpful student engagement team once you have finished studying. Not interested in helping or they give the wrong information. Staff seem annoyed you dared call them for help or information when trying to accredit previous degrees to another university. Out of countless people I spoke to only one was friendly and helpful, the rest are rude and abrupt. Happy to take your money though.
It's one of the worst universities. Specially after the course they don't even care about the students. I feel sorry to write it. I was in need of academic reference all of my lectures were giving lame excuses not to give the reference. I have others friends in different universities there they always get academic reference. I raised this issue to Coventry university engagement team as well. Lets see what they do regarding it.
The Uni offers outstanding facilities for healthcare students to enhance their learning experience before going on placement. The stimulating ward, stimulating houses, well-equipped labs, and extensive library resources provide a conducive environment for practical and theoretical learning. Highly recommend for students who want to study healthcare professions.
Great place for learning. This one of the oldest university of this area. Teaching is highly engaging with practical activities which make students learn better, faster and accurately. Very good faculty members, highly educated , very supporting and kind. Students enjoy their stay and study over here. This one of ever growing university of UK.
This is worst university I have ever visited. International students should not apply in Coventry university, Because they will discriminate by staff. Staff is not helping specially faulty, student engagement team and support team. Please don't apply in Coventry.
This is the worst University one can get admission into, especially if you're an international student never ever go for this University I'll explain the situation further :- •They never reply to mails , like literally never • A total money minded University • You can always find 10x better universities than this I paid the semester fee as they told me to after getting a conditional offer letter even though I met all the conditions and the money was paid Still no reply from their end also I paid the fee through their website page itself I got their end of receipt but no further process updates for my admission, I am now withdrawing this application and taking admission into a better uni <3 Save yourself please!!!
Worst. They only care about money. Speaking of refunds. Their financial department never gets through. The same goes for emails. When I went there in person, they refused to allow me to interview for a refund. Ridiculous! I have applied for legal aid. We can't let things like this continue to happen! Avoid this college if you can!
Great uni, very incorporated into the city, so the entire campus is a great place for students who are living here and want to do fun things at night or on weekends as well.
An extremely bad experience in my life, they are irresponsible and only know how to make money from students without ever caring about the problems students face, always pushing responsibility onto students when they encounter problems. any problem. I paid 18 thousand pounds for my 2 year course, but I only studied 2 out of 6 terms and encountered many terrible things, first they did not let me enroll, they said information mine was not in the system, I had to contact many places for help, this made me enroll 1 month later than other students but I did not receive any apology, most of the staff At the student center, they were rude and unprofessional. I came because I needed help, but they made things difficult for me, even the staff shouted at me and said they wouldn't handle this case. That day, they even yelled at me. There are many other foreign students who are in the same situation as me. The second time happened a few months later, they suddenly locked all my study accounts until I contacted them again, they explained it was because I owed tuition, what the hell was going on, I was I didn't miss a penny before, I immediately asked to check again and then a few weeks later they said they didn't know I had a tuition discount, they checked again and applied it to me, and now They owe me £455. That was nothing until they stopped sponsoring my visa and sent me back to my country without refunding any money to me because they said I did not attend all classes, OMG who did I import? I went to school 1 month late and why my account was locked, leading to me not being able to go to school. I presented it to them with specific evidence, but how could it be fair in such a poor educational environment? I will do my best to get justice for myself
