Both of my parents were put in this home. The swimming pool has never worked. The meals are disgraceful, no vegetables just toddler food. The staff on the floors are lovely but they are short staffed every day which affected their care. There is 1 member of staff on a nightshift for 15 people who does understand english. I have moved them from this home.
A lot of care and attention was giving to my Dad before his last day's herenHe was treated with dignity and I was kept upto date at all times ....
