Terrible service! Staff are useless. Told them my prescription was urgent and they said it needed be signed off by doctor can u ring back around 6pm only to discover that they close then! I’d phoned them twice during the day,why couldn’t staff ring me when my prescription was ready? It’s far more courteous to do that but they couldn’t be bothered! How can you be complacent by letting a patient like myself go another a day without medication when they go home with no worries? They knew it was urgent!
Shocking..and I shall verbally make a complaint tomorrow when I pay them a visit! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Staff very helpful especially over some problems I was having with my prescription recently. Doctors and nurses always seem to have time to listen even when busy.

Terrible service, rang for an emergency appointment, clearly in a lot of pain, told a nurse would ring me back sometime during the morning, she did almost 2 hours later. Told me to keep taking painkillers and drop in a urine sample at some point!! 2 hours later I was in an ambulance on the way to Hospital, 9 hours later I was in emergency surgery! Just as well my previous experience with this practice has taught me to seek a second opinion!

Never on time. Had to cancel 2 previous appointments because a doctor couldn't log on to his computer{40 mins late} and over running by 1 hour so I had to cancel again. Seriously!
