It makes a refreshing change to have someone at the end of the phone that is always on hand or help with delivery queries abs issues. As a business, we ship hundreds of products every month and having worked with UPS, DPD and Hermes, Courier Logstics offer the best customer service and their prices are competitive.
A disgraceful delivery service, no one answers the phone at customer services and delivery is not on time. They just take the piss of customers. THIS SHOULD BE A NEXT DAY SERVICE BUT IT ISN’T. So disappointed!!!!
Absolutely shocking service never deliver when they supposed to, customer service not interested in helping find parcel, suppsed to be next day delivery now 4 days late.
Utterly pathetic, lied about leaving a card, rescheduled, no delivery. Phoning customer services is just a telephonic abyss. This company should not be trading and the customer services operative if there is one should be sacked immediately. Do not use
Very helpful staff who found my parcel on Friday the 9th October afternoon in their warehouse, excellent service.
Always deliveries outside of shop hours with not flexibility. Then when collecting lost 2 parcels to which constant phone calls didn't solve only for me to call the day after and the parcel turn up once compliant had been reviewed. Stopped using the company that send using these as dont need the hassle.
