The largest mall in Sussex. The county mall in Crawley has two car parks, north and south. South has better access to shops. There are plenty of shops outside the mall too, within a few minutes walk
Went Good Friday morning & was very busy. Clean toilets and food court. New parking system which is number plate recognition then pay by card or app when you leave. Reasonable parking charges when compared to other shopping centres.
The shopping centre is laid out very well and has lots of big and popular shops! It even has some shops outside. The parking is exceptional and is very easy to follow. I highly recommend the County Mall Shopping Centre in Crawley!
The food court section is nice. The elevators are annoying as sometimes you have on going up but have to walk several yards to get to the one going down. Make sure you note where you parked and you keep the ticket as you need it to exit
Not over- crowded, but still busy in the mall.nA visit to Specsavers who were quite busy, despite appointment I had a short 15min wait. Everyone very polite in Specsavers.nThe new to me car park system means you now don't have to collect a ticket your now logged in on the camera system, so no stupid car park ticket to carry around, now much easier & pay to park was very easy, accepting pay by phone now too.nThe mall is very clean & pleasant & lots of shops still open unlike some areas in the country that are seeing this. Toilets are on site & always look very clean, no issues.
